i tried to login to Trados Studio 2019 but it didn't accept the username and password, after multiple attempt i gave me product activation error 37, i managed to fix the license by doing a license reset.
but am not able to fix the login issue. am able to login to groupshare but not to studio, i think that my account is disabled locally on my laptop.
