Hi I have a problem with bold, italics and underlined not reversed when I click on the button again. They are "locked" it seems and it I can only undo it with "clear formatting". Anyone who can help out with this?

A screenshot please? And in fact do not use these buttons, as they do insert not the same formatting as used in the source. A much better option is to use the QuickPlace method.
And if you just want to remove formatting from the segment, select the segment (CTRL+A) and press CTRL+SHIF+Space bar, exactly as would you do in Word.
