Problems with Trados 2017 and 2019

I'm in serious trouble. I haven't been able to buy Trados 2021 yet, but I have Trados 2017 and 2019. It turns out that Trados 2017 doesn't open and gives the information that it's having problems with Windows, and Trados 2019 is providing translations for many segments that don't make the least sense considering the original text that must be translated. Does anyone have an idea of how I can solve at least one of these problems. Thank you for the help you have given me.

Trados Studio 2017 is no longer supported, but it would help if you could advise what operating system you are using, and also provide any details at all around what you are seeing... any kind of accompanying messages or images for example?  Also try the obvious and reset/reinstall?

This sounds like a problem with your TMs.  Are you using AnyTM perhaps with a matching source language but a completely different target?  You definitely need to provide more information here.  Show a screenshot of the TMs in your project settings, and a screenshot of the TM results window along with the source document so we can clearly see why it doesn't make any sense.
