It happens even though I don't click [Send Package by Email].

I do not want to use any email application and I want the function to start up any email application OFF.

I believe this is something that seems to affect a few users, but we don't seem to have determined why or how to stop it.  I did see this thread:

Nora Díaz created a small AHK scripts that closes the window automatically when it starts up.  I know this isn't the answer you were looking for but perhaps it'll help?
