Are you referring to Trados Studio generally or after updating to SR2?

Which solutions have you tried?

As it appears that at least some issue maybe caused by the plugins- please close Studio then navigate to the following folder (and remove the mentioned plugins)

C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins (packages/unpaccked)

Restart Studio and then reinstall the applications.

You are looking in the wrong folders.  Please close Trados Studio, delete these folders, restart Trados Studio and then reinstall your apps using the integrated appstore:

c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins

c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins

c:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins

You are looking in this one:

c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16

The plugin folder is not in there.

Thank you. We did each step and deleted these folders, started Studio again.
Tried to install the xbench from the app store. This worked but still if we want to edit a segment, a second Studio instance opens.

Since yesterday, this is also the case if we open Studio for the first time.

Next we tried to install DeepL. It was fine on my remote desktop connection, we work on a terminal server.
Every user has its own connection channel. And one user has the same problems than before with the following messages.

The DeepL plugin on this user notebook is not active in the Studio plug-in button.

I would really appreciate your help with a teamviewer session. We do not know what to do. 

Please let us know when we can have this session. It is urgent.

Two things here.

1. you need to update XBench - see this post:

2. DeepL - it is crystal clear from that message that either the plugin or Trados Studio are not compatible.  Please make sure you remove all the plugins from that users machine, then make sure that Trados Studio is up to date, and finally download and install the plugin using the integrated appstore.  o not copy the plugin and share it around unless you are 100% certain that the version of Trados Studio you are installing it into is the correct one.
