Support is required asap

After installing Studio 21 we experience daily crashes.

Also even after the update.

Various possible solutions did not help.

In addition DeepL is activated either twice on one notebook or not.

On another notebook there is a message about old versions but we have the latest version from the App Store.

 And from today Studio opens another instance when trying to edit a segment in xbench.

    Thank you. We did each step and deleted these folders, started Studio again.
    Tried to install the xbench from the app store. This worked but still if we want to edit a segment, a second Studio instance opens.

    Since yesterday, this is also the case if we open Studio for the first time.

    Next we tried to install DeepL. It was fine on my remote desktop connection, we work on a terminal server.
    Every user has its own connection channel. And one user has the same problems than before with the following messages.

    The DeepL plugin on this user notebook is not active in the Studio plug-in button.

    Warning message in Trados Studio indicating that the 'Sdl.Community.DeepLMTProvider.plugin.xml' plugin refers to an older version of the API assembly, suggesting to contact the plugin developer for an updated version.

    I would really appreciate your help with a teamviewer session. We do not know what to do. 

    Please let us know when we can have this session. It is urgent.
