What version of Studio are you using? The latest version is Trados Studio 2019 SR2, Build 15.2.8.3007
Can you use Studio to perform other tasks, can you create a project with other files or is it 1 particular file that is given you this error.
If Studio is not working in a general sense then, please ensure you have the latest version of it.
