I own a new (no upgrade) single user license for Studio 2021. Now, I would like to install Studio 2019 to use with some projects, keeping it separated from Studio 2021. Can I install Studio 2019 on the same PC and use the license I got for Studio 2021? Thank you

If you have bought a new 2021 license, you can't use it to activate the 2019 version, as it's not an upgrade.
And if the 2019 Freelance is not yours either, you can't do anything to activate it, unless you have a license of it separately.
