I have had to rearrange files in order to get rid of OneDrive and now everything is a mess...I have one had SDL Studio2021 for a week and am still learning..but am super frustrated...I want to uninstall and reinstall to reset all path defaults....I have only done about 4 or 5 translations with it so far and have them all saved in files..can this be done?

You can reset Studio to its basic settings and run the setup files again if you follow the Workaround 2 and 3 from this knowledge base article:
