I would suggest:
Check your windows updates as it can cause a wide variety of issues as described here https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0036764 and here https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0032954
If the problem persists then I trust a repair/refresh of Studio will work. In order to do this appropriately please follow the steps outlined here: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039395
If that still does not work, then I could see if security/ anti virus is causing you issues, but I wont want to go down that route just yet.
