 If your question is about upgrading Studio from 2019 to 2021 then please follow this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039975 I f your question is about can you use your google API key (v2) that works in Studio 2019 for Studio 2021, then the answer is yes. 
 Please take note, if you are using MT Enhanced Plugin for Trados Studio , the app version is specific to the Studio version. 
 So for 2019 you need to use 4.3.12.0 For 2021 you need to use 5.4.0.0

 Please make sure you are using the latest version of 2021: 
 Trados Studio 2021 - 16.2.8.9097 MultiTerm 2021 - 16.2.1.1044 
 And the latest version of the MT Enhanced plugin. 
 It might also be worth making sure you have removed all the old versions of your plugins first. Please close Trados Studio, delete these folders, restart Trados Studio and then reinstall your apps using the integrated appstore latest version suitable for 2021: 
 c:\Users\[ USERNAME ]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins 
 c:\Users\[ USERNAME ]\AppData\Local\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins 
 c:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins
