So far all of them. I am installing an update right now, but not in any hopes that this problem will be fixed.

And yes, those versions are correct
I have been experiencing the same issue and no matter what I try (reparing the installation, removing and re-installing it, etc.) it keeps coming back. I really cannot work this way, and I can also no longer use Studio 2017 because I recently got a new computer and it won't let me active the old license again.

I was unable to reproduce the concerns reported by Kevin, despite using his TM.
In the meantime as you have the same reported concerns, I will happily review and continue supporting with the hopes we can get the to root cause of this issue

I have been SWAMPED with work and life, so much so that I've just been working on my older 2015 version of Trados until I can get through this year and figure out what is going on with my 2021version.
