Hi thank you for your answer. Yesterday morning I read the same article you have posted, but it doesn't helped me. But during the afternoon I received the help of Pantoglot that is the authorized reseller of Trados in Peru and he helped me sending me the RS1 launching file of Trados Studio 2021. So first I desintalled the Trados Studio with RS2 launching file and then installed this RS1 that the executive sent me, when I did this I desactivated my antivirus as an additional step. Meanwhile the notification message regarding error internet connection has disappared. Now there is only a suggestion message that invites to download the RS2 launching but caused this has given the problem, I prefer to keep the RS1 launching file that for now is working well and allowed me to use the Language Cloud and its automated translation feature. Leticia García Rodríguez hope you can try this asking your reseller for the RS1 launching file. Greetings from Lima, Peru.

Rolling back to SR1 is not a long term solution as you will be missing out on all the features of SR2. 
I appreciate the concern in having a working version but we do need to still make some progress getting SR2 up and running for you.

You say the article did not help, but what did you review on your end. Did you try implement any of the advice given and if so what did you change?

Hi  unfortunately I don't have the possibility to have the help of a support IT team to help me with the required exception for ports, what I only tried is to configure my antivirus to make exceptions regarding all the Trados files and links related to Trados that someone else gave in a previous article. I have tried to access to the link you have posted  gateway.sdl.com/CommunityKnowledge but I don't have access, because I haven't paid for a valid support contract. 

I know that is just a temporary solution, and that I will not benefit from the features of SR2 but meanwhile is the best I could obtain. I will try with the SR2 maybe in a couple of months when Trados make some progress with SR2. 

The truth is many of us are missing out on ALL the features since we cannot even use the Studio client.
