So sorry, , but as I told you, I already checked and tried every single suggested fix within the other threads.  I also read your answer to thread https://community.rws.com/product-groups/translationproductivity/f/studio/39265/urgent---need-help-error-internet-connection-message.

Nothing helps.  As I told you, not even downgrading fixes this issue.

I just started a new one thread because Paul Filkin says in several threads it is the only way to open a support case.

There is obviously a problem with R2.  Is there any way to escalate to engineers to bget this fixed?

I cannot even open GS projects.

Correct I think we need to keep the range of issues you are having focused by having if need be in different threads as Paul mentioned.

Did you read the release notes before upgrading to SR2?
I ask because its noted that GroupShare 2015 is no longer supported: https://docs.rws.com/binary/813470/944267/trados-studio-2021-sr2/trados-studio-release-notes

So let me know what your intentions are. Try upgrade again and let support help or stick with SR2 based on GS version support, which for you specifically I have no detail.

Hi Lydia!

RWS sends me projects through GroupShare, so I really have no idea what version they are using.  Still, I do not know whether the problem lies there, since I am not the only freelance translator working for RWS offices.

Today I tried another workaround with my PM: she prepared an offline project for me to open in Studio client, and she included the online TMs in the config.

So now!! I can work with the offline package, and search the online TMs from within the file opened in my client, but the message "No Internet connection" is still showing!!!
