Error message when checking in a file

I have a question about an error message which sometimes appears when I check in a file (see image below). This window prevents me from completing the task and also makes it difficult for LSPs to open the file on their platform. Could you please help me solve this problem?

Thank you very much in advance for your time.

Best regards,

Giulia Cavazzuti

Error message in Trados Studio stating 'Index not included in the interval. The requested value is not negative and is smaller than the collection size. Parameter name: index.' with an OK button.

  • When you get the error I think you should be able to click on the blue save icon.
It will save an XML that you can then attach to this case

Error dialog box with a red cross icon indicating 'The operation could not be completed. Object reference not set to an instance.' with an OK button.

What I am trying to understand is, is this a file related issue or a GroupShare issue.

    So:

Q1: Do you have issues even if you simply check in and check out - despite no changes were made in the editor view?

Q2: What if you go the projects view, explore containing folder, locate the updated sdlxliff. Then try open as single document?
Can you open, change, save error free?

Screen print below to help guide you

Trados Studio interface showing the 'Open Project Folder' option highlighted with a red arrow pointing towards it, and a file explorer window with 'SampleProject' folder open and 'SamplePhotoPrinter.doc.sdlxliff' file selected.

Q3: How many GroupShare connections do you have?

    Lyds
