As you can see, I am no longer able to open my German-Italian memory. It says that it is not able to charge and that it is not available. I cannot change it either nor erase it. I'm stuck.
In the file manager it shows not with a green mark, but with two blue arrows. Can somebody help me?

-what happens if you try to add a different TM?
- does this occur at the initial launch of the software or when you actually add the specific memory?
If the issue starts at the initial launch, please reset Studio, following the Workarounds 1 and 2 from the following article:

I have another memory that works fine. It happens whenever I want to use that specific memory. I'll have a look and decide if I should reset Studio.

Perhaps you could try using SDLTM Repair? This is an app from the RWS Appstore than can often repair a corrupted TM. I think it might be worth a try as it may resolve your problem. You can find the app here:

Certainly nothing is lose by trying it. Just take a backup of your TM and then try this on a copy.
