Hello,
Ever since I installed Studio SR2 - 16.2.8.9097, I get the following error messages in the results window after creating a new project.
The result is exactly as one would expect from the message: I can translate and re-export the document, but there is no pre-translation step.
Can you please help me fix this? Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi Jerzy, if by "upgrading TM" you mean right-clicking on the TM in the TM window panel, and selecting from the menu the bottom option "upgrade TM", then yes, I did that. Otherwise I don't know of any necessary TM upgrading when upgrading Studio versions. I there is, please advise me. Thank you for your answer.
This is what I meant. OK, so we can eliminate that. I have this problem only occasionally, and if it occurs I simply close Studio and then repeat the tasks which failed. However, this is not a permanent solution. Does this happen with other TMs too? What kind of error messages do you have? Do they refer to TM? Before closing the task click a line with the error and then the Results button. Save the error message(s) and post them here. Use the insert command below the post:

Hi Jerzy, this happens with any TM, so we can rule out corrupt TMs. It has something to do with Language Cloud. Here are the "Results" from the first error message posted on my original post.
In case you don’t know French, this says something like : "Language Cloud engine not found"
Tagging Paul here, as here my knowledge ends. I have no clue about the cloud. Certainly your Studio is logged in to your LC account, isn't it?

Yes, Studio is logged to Language Cloud, but the connection has been erratic at best lately. Jerzy, thank you so much for your kind help. I really appreciate it. All the best.

Hi Paul, thank you for your time. Yes, I use project templates, and they do include Language Cloud. I made a test run with just the default settings (no project template) and the problem disappears. I feel we are getting close here...
OK, Paul. I got it. I deleted the old Language Cloud link in the "Resources" option of the project, then re-loaded Language Cloud, and the problem was solved.

So, to clarify, in case anybody out there has the same problem and reads this: 1) Create a project with your usual project template 2) Before starting, go in the "Resources" tab, select your former "Language Cloud" resource, then delete it. 3) Immediately go back to this same tab, and select "Ressources Cloud". 4) Run the rest of the project, and don't forget to check the box "Create a new project template" before closing the wizard, this will allow you to update your template and get rid of this problem once and for all.
