I think this is related to the multiterm widget and not anything to do with GroupShare.  If you follow the instructions in this article you may be able to resolve this problem:

The "xml parsing error" doesn't come anymore. 

When I tried to connect to the GroupShare thought, it came "Failed to connect to server. Please check your server connection settings, network and internet connections and that the server is available."

Do I have to contact the agency of the GroupShare now? Or is it something else?

Now that the error is resolved I think you need to work with the agency to ensure access.  If they are unable to help you they should raise the ticket because the only way we can help would be by having access to their server.
