I have recently upgraded to Trados 2021 and I am trying to complete my first project using this software however, when I work in a file that I know contains 99% matches, the following message appears:
no matches found or lookup performed.
I have upgraded the TMs to 2021 so this shouldn't be an issue.
Has anyone else encountered this issue and how did you resolve it?
After hours spent trying to liaise with Trados through an online chat the issue has still not been resolved. Has anyone else experienced issues with translation results not being displayed in the translation results window in Trados Studio 2021? I'm wondering if perhaps it is a bug of some sort
I don't know how familiar you are with the software so perhaps we can check a few basics first?
Can you provide a screenshot of your project settings showing the translation memory in place and fully enabled? If you can do this please hover over the name of the translation memory and make sure the location of the memory is the one you think it is.
Can you also open this same translation memory in the translation memories maintenance view and make sure the translated segments you think are in there are really in there?
