All files are saved in your computer. Studio does not save any files on its own. To migrate your information to Studio 2021, you need to re-upload your files/projects. We recommend that you finish any ongoing projects before opening them in Studio 2021. Please note that currently your files are saved in Documents, in the Studio 2019 folder (unless you changed the path), so it would make sense to move them either to the Studio 2021 folder (and you would have to do that along with each upgrade) or to a dedicated folder you create, so you know that each time your files will be saved there.
