I'm sorry to hear that you don't see the projects anymore in the new SR2 installation. However, please rest assured that they are not lost or removed. 

With regards to this issue, please check the filters of the projects on the side panel, in case there are filters set and make sure they are all set to "all projects". You can check this in this article:

Also, you can try and open them again in Studio, by pressing "Open project" option, then browse to the location where the projects are stored.
