Failure to get Support Agreement, no response from the company

Hi,

For the last couple of days I've been trying to purchase a Support Agreement for my Studio 2021 licence, but I'm bumping into a wall.

I selected the product but, when I click on “Proceed to checkout”, the screen remained blank.

I contacted with an agent through the ordinary chat who manually placed the product into my basket, but still could not complete the payment: when I click on “Pay Now”, I get the following (very uninformative) error:

Error.

An error occurred while processing your request.

I was redirected to the technical team, who could not solve the problem either and escalated the ticket to an engineer, who is assumed to contact me at some point. Already 24 hours have elapsed since this last interaction and nobody has contacted me, not even to say "we're working on it".

I will not express how I feel at this point because it would probably infringe this forum's etiquette. I just hope that this slowness in reacting, assuming there's a reaction going on at all, is not representative of the quality of technical service I will hopefully get at some point.

Here is my question to the forum: how do I get the attention of RWS and have my absurd problem solved?

Let me clarify that I tried to process the purchase on 3 different computers and 1 cell phone, using 4 different browsers with all the security settings recommended by RWS.
