Hello everyone! I am always gaining an error message: Access to the path is denied ........... I've tried installing and reinstalling Trados but has not worked. I've also tried to rename and move the autosave folder suggested in other posts. Same results. I would very much appreciate support in this case, since I am in really need to use TRADOS and ensure it works. Thank you very much in advance for any help.
Via a remote session we have added some exclusions to the Antivirus and have installed the latest update of Studio 2021.

I was happy because I translated one short file and I could save it without any problem. However, when I created a project with 4 files, and started working on the first one, I tried to save the file and the error message appear again Access to the path is denied...... so, the problem continues.. I kindly request further support.
