At https://portal.rws.com/en-gb/rwslogin.aspx when I press the "RESET PASSWORD" button and in the next page "Send Reset Link" button using my proper user name = my email address I DO NOT RECEIVE THE EMAIL MESSAGE WITH THE RESET LINK
I already checked my SPAM folder

I NEED URGENT ASSISTANCE - SOMETHING IS WORKING WRONG NOT BY MY SIDE
