Hi,
I can´t open a package sent per mail: when I click onto the package, nothing happens, no error message, nothing. It just doesn´t open:-(. I had until now never such a problem.
I´ve updated Trados 2021 yesterday (Trados Studio 2021 SR2 - 16.2.9.9198), is it related?

Hi @Anne Bühler,
Please let me know what packages are you trying to open? what is the file extension?
If there are world server packages, .wsxz packages, after you updated your Studio to SR2, you would need to remove the worldserver components (.msi) and add the new compatible plugin instead.

To be a little clearer: I usually click onto the package, which ist opened automatically and the subfolders are also automatically created. Now, as I mentioned, nothing happens when I click onto the package. I have to save it on my PC, start it and change the path name.
Why isn´t it automatically anymore?
