Hello,
I'm trying to install DSI viewer. I have Trados 2017 and 2019 installed on my computer, but the installer only recognizes Trados 2017. Unfortunately DSI viewer will only be installed for 2019.
How can I make the installer recognize my 2019 version?
I copied the installer to the Packages folder for Trados 2019, it's visible as Activated in Plugins, but it's not in Installed plugins.

I can confirm that 2019 is supported only and the version of the app that you need is 2.0.5.0

Thank you for your reply. A screenshot may clarify what I mean. When I run the installer, after accepting the agreement this dialog is opened. As you see, no Trados 2019, but Trados 2019 is installed on my PC, and regularly used.
No suggestions?
May I suggest the following:
1. Remove the plugin from any Studio version - if you have it installed.
2. Please make sure your Studio 2019 is updated to the latest builds. (Help> Check for updates)
3. Following Workaround 1 from this article, please run a Studio 2019 repair:

4. Install again the plugin v. 2.0.5.0 (for 2019)
Does it work now?

Thank you for your input. Unfortunately your suggestion did not solve the problem, SDL Trados 2019 still does not show up in the list on the right.
I suppose the best option would be to completely remove version 2017 and (re-)install version 2019, a workaround I wanted to prevent.

I had the same issue, but managed to install plugin directly from Studio. On the "Add-Ins" ribbon I clicked "RWS AppStore", then logged in with my RWS account, downloaded plugin, restarted Studio and plugin was added successfully.
