Can you please switch to a different language, English, Spanish or any other one and try again to connect to your RWS account like that.

If you can connect using a different language, you can switch then back to French.

Also, I would suggest clearing cookies and caches or even try opening the page using Incognito mode.

I'm sorry to hear that the above suggestions did not help. It's difficult to give advice if I can't recreate the issue from my side and I believe this may be local.

May I suggest also the following:

1. Log into your RWS account, and from there go to " Apps and developers" tab > AppStore. Try to login again from there.

2. If the 1st step does not work out, launch Studio and make sure you're logged in at the top right corner. Go to top ribbon, in Add-Ins and again navigate to AppStore from there.

Hopefully one of these suggestions will trigger the pop-up window. If not, I would go ahead and check if pop-ups are allowed by your browsers.This KB article helps:
