Dear sirs,

I recently purchased Trados Studio 2021 SR2 – 16.2.9.9198 as an upgrade to my existing Studio 2019. After two days reviewing both Proz and RWS forums, as well as YouTube instructional videos, there are still too many technical issues I am unable to resolve in order to be able to use Studio 2021. I have already invested too much time trying to configure this latest version and wish to uninstall it and continue with Studio 2019 only, for the time being.

I would therefore appreciate a refund of the purchase price. Please advise me of the appropriate procedure.
