I have a 16-page idml document, I tried to change the file setting common options (I selected Extract hidden conditional text content) and I also set all idml pages to master pages, but still it does not work, Trados only shows a few pages.
I do not see any lock object.

Locked layers/objects are not imported AFAIK. You need to unlock them before importing. And an index might be created similar to a table of content and only updated via a command in InDesign itself, but not be imported for translation.

But some pages are imported for translation, and they are also index.
Why the rest of the pages are not imported?
