From what I know not. You are copying via clipboard and I don't believe it supports such functionality. On top of this Studio won't recognize the deleted and inserted text as such.

Okay. The client requires the Trados file with track changes and "update from bilingual review" does not function as required. The problem I am facing is that the Trados file already contains some segments with track changes and the word file with other segments with track changes. I am not able to combine both the track changes in the Trados file. A function to copy and paste the sentences with track changes would have addressed the problem.
I believe it's possible, for sure. But, it depends.
You could translate, for sure, not with Trados Studio but only with pencil and paper. But, it depends.
