to be honest, Trados is not really user-friendly!

Hi Wai-ho Wong , 
 If the file is opened for alignment, you can't export it for bilingual review from the Alignment view part. 
 What you can do however, is to save it as .sdlxliff file. 
 
 You can open the .sdlxliff and export it for bilingual review from the Batch tasks:
