I have bought "SDL Trados Studio 2011 Freelance Plus", thinking it supports creating Packages, but it does not.
So, how can I ask for a refund? and how can I deactivate my licence before asking for a refund?

From the Freelance version we can help you to also upgrade to the professional version, but please send an email with your preference to trados@rws.com, and I am confident we can help you on your request.
