Setup wizard missing templates, customers...

I re-opened Trados Studio 2021 (SR2) after the holidays, and I'm having a few problems. I'm using the wizard to start a new local project with two documents to translate. The wizard doesn't have any of my usual information, such as templates I've used, language pairs, customers I've already inputted, etc. I've never had this problem, and I'm not sure what to do other than inputting all the info again. It's almost like I'm not logged in or something, but it does have my name at the top right.

I'm using Windows 10.
