The error message suggests that an important elements has been deleted  / it is missing from the Studio resources on the computer.
It is often the antivirus that interferes.

Thank you very much for your help.

I've tried what was mentioned in the article but without success. I also tried various others solutions including FreshStart App.

I don't understand what could be missing as I upgraded directly through Studio and it worked fine during a few hours. The item missing must have been deleting himself (!) as I simply reboot my computer... The mysteries of technology !
