What I found was every time an upgrade is carried out, the plugin "Trados Compatibility and Migration Power pack" required to run the "Upgrade TM" function is uninstalled. It is a hassle, but reinstalling after every upgrade resolves the issue. I hope this works for you to!

Thank you! It worked. It caused other issues with Trados which required a bunch of "resetting" but it worked, for now... It still boggles my mind why they'd remove TMX support in 2021 and I find SDLs reason very weak.

Hi Myriam Forcier - pls add this to the RWS AppStore Ideas as we are able to create any app provided the API for it is available. I agree and would love to work on bringing an alternative option around TMX support
