I can confirm that I have Trados Studio 2021 SR2 - 16.2.9.9198 and 16.2.8.1889 of the app installed.

Please can you check under File - Options and File Types that you have ITD listed as a supported file type?
Hopefully a review of this will resolve your reported issue of opening ITD files

Yes, I checked this section. ITDs are not listed as a supported file type in the common list. And when I click on "Additional Installed File types exist", sadly ITDs are not provided in that list...

And under Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features do you see the Trados Compatibility and Migration Power Pack installed?
Perhaps review and send me a screen print to clarify

Once its installed, Studio should list the ITD.

Thank you very much for your help !

I used the Repair function of the Trados Compatibility and Migration Power Pack directly from Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features, and ITD are now supported.

I did not know that it could be repaired directly from Programs and Features, glad to have learned this tip.

So again, thank you, everything seems to be working fine now !
