What version of Studio and MultiTerm are you using?
Are they both on the latest versions that complement each other.

While I am making some assumptions on what the error means in English, please see if you can locate TradosCompatibility2.msi and see if you can run it.
It can be found here:  C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\SDL\[software version]\modules or C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\SDL\[software version]\modules

There are other area's we can explore for this if it does not help so please do let me know if you still require support.
