From time to time I get a mix of UI languages (mostly English + partially Russian) appearing simultaneously even though US English is always selected and I never change it. It seems to be caused by batch tasks that I run. I am not sure which one exactly though. I can reset it to English again by re-starting Studio, so not that I can't live with it, but just looks weird. 
That does look weird. Please can you confirm what language your windows operating system is in to see if we can reproduce this?
When did this start to happen and what version of Studio are you using?
