Please can you do the following as I'm completely confused and have no confidence I will give you the right answer:

1. create a new thread for this question
2. confirm whether you have installed Excelling Studio or Exceling Multiterm
3. check what plugins are in this folder:
   c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins\Packages\
4. Show a slightly larger screenshot.  If the plugin is successfully installed you should be seeing this:
   
   Then after checking the box and clicking ok you should get this:
   

Then, hopefully, we'll have enough information to be able to advise you appropriately.
