If you mean the 'pinned' icon that is present even when the Trados Studio software is closed:

Just right-click on the icon and select 'Unpin from taskbar' on the pop-up menu.

Next time you start Trados Studio, right-click on the icon that appears on the taskbar and select 'Pin to taskbar' on the pop-up menu (the commands may be different as I've used the Windows 10 commands).
