Received .sdlxliff file to translate. Done it. Can't export to Word (error message)

Question

Dear community, I received an .sdlxliff file to translate. The original file is a .docx Word document which I also received separately. Now, having done the translation of the .sdlxliff file, I was asked to export the translation to a new (translated) .docx Word document. It does not work as I get an error message. 
 
 "Failed to save target content: Cannot find file type definition with id Word 2007 v 2.0.0.0". 
 
 Any suggestions?
