Due to yesterday's problems Trados in language cloud doesn't work

When I open Trados it says my license is gone but it's not true. Yesterday I received 3 mails from the RWS Group that trados had problem but I thought that in the end the problem was solved but when I opened it this morning it doesn't work. I tried to follow the instructions in the mail I received yesterday to restore it but I don't manage to solve the problem, could anyone help me please? Thank you.
