When I open a new local project I always get the message "access to the path (the one I indicated) is denied. Why???????

Could be the AV that is causing this as per this KB article https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038682 , but also could be fixed with the workaround from the below link
