I want to know the actual word count to be TRANSLATED in the Analysis report
in order to make a quote
so. reps/cross reps should be excluded
which count in the analysis is reflecting the Actually Translated words/segments

If I understand your question correctly it would be 414130 words as these are the words you do not have any leverage for at all. You can check this by subtracting the repetitions and cross-file repetitions from the Total at the bottom.

It would be the New/AT mark.
If you took the total and subtracted the repetitions and cross file which you already said you dont want to include, then you would be left with 414130
Please also take note, you can exclude cross file repetitions from the analysis report
