Trados takes all columns (ID, source, target, Comments and Status), the filetype does not work, I tried to unable and also disable the option Process files with tw4winMark style (as I read in a post with the same issue - https://community.rws.com/product-groups/trados-portfolio/trados-studio/f/studio/20508/bilingual-file---target-text-appears-in-the-same-column-as-the-source-text/70554#70554). No solution was given there.
Any suggestions?

I'd say you are using the wrong filetype for the content you have. The RTF filetype is not a bilingual filetype. Can you share a small sample of your source file and we can provide you with better assistance?

This looks like an export from memoQ. Is it possible to obtain the same export as plain xlf? In that case you would just open it in Studio and this would require no further actions.
If you just have this rtf, so it won't work directly in Studio. You need a workaround, which is copying the source AND the target column to Excel and using the Excel bilingual file type.
