New file verification batch task when creating a return package

Hi, 
 For the first time, when trying to create a return package, a new window with a 5-step process appeared. This new process starts with a new compulsory file verification batch task. Having worked on a quite big package containing many locked segments (not to translate), this verification took more that 20 minutes... The file verification report unnecessarily considered as errors the untranslated locked segments. 
 Is there a way to skip this unsolicited verification stage ? I checked the batch task setting but I didn't find. It worked so fine before...

 When a project package is created the project manager can enforce this check. For example: 
 
 If you don't want to do this you'd need to speak to whoever creates the packages and ask them not to.
