Aus welchem Grund wird meine Anfrage gelöscht? Handelt sich hier um Wiederholungsfehler der Software?
Excelling Studio wird unter alle Dateitypen nicht angezeigt.
Ich bezeichne den Kommentar der Supportabteilung als Arbeitsverweigerung.

Ich bin kein Versuchskaninchen für die Softwareentwickler.
Meine Software ist an eine Lizenz gebunden, folglich liegt die Verantwortung bei der IT-Abteilung.
Es wird mir in der letzten Zeit all zu viel modifiziert.
Aus welchem Grund wir mir Excelling Studio (so Manual) nicht angezeigt?
Trados Studio is bound to a licence where RWS has responsibility for it. Excelling Studio is an app that is not provided by RWS and we do not have any responsibility for it. We have provided the contact details for the developer. If you choose not to contact them we cannot help you any further.
We have also asked many times for more information to help you even though the app is not ours. It's very difficult when you always provide cryptic answers. We are only IT people who would like to help you, but you have to work with us.

Zu diesem Punkt wurde vieles gesagt. Die Kommunikation kann nicht nur einseitig sein. Was meine ich damit: Ich melde mich und teile der IT-Abteilung die Fehler mit.
Ich bin nicht bereit meine Arbeitszeit auf Reklamation(mit sehr schlechten Rückmeldezeiten) zu fokussieren. Meine Lizenz beinhaltet einwandfreie Funktionsfähigkeit der Software. Verweise auf Zulieferer kann so nicht als Ausrede dienen.
Was Sie tun, ist kein Fehlerbericht. Wenn Sie Hilfe benötigen, darf man von Ihnen ein gewisses Maß an Zusammenarbeit verlangen. Das verweigern Sie jedoch, seit Sie sich das erste Mal in diesem Forum gemeldet haben. Ihnen ist nicht zu helfen.

I'm not sure how else to say this. You are asking for help with software that is not maintained by RWS. Why should we be responsible for this? Should we help you with Microsoft Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Notepad++ as well?
Why won't you ask the company who developed the software?
I am going to do this for you and ask the developers to look at this problem you are having. If they tell me there is something we need to fix then we'll fix it, but at the moment I see this as a problem for another company, not us.

Dieses trifft sicherlich auf diejenige zu, in bestimmten Bereichen arbeiten. Man sagt dazu auch "Fachsprache der Kümmerer", die keine Vorschläge unterbreiten können und zum Jammern tendieren.
