Problem:
I do not have any folder called ProjectApi. (Hidden objects are shown, by the way.) There is only a file called Sdl.ProjectApi.xml in the folder C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16
Is the Knowledge Base article still up to date?
What can I do to restore the defaults?

To reset just close Trados Studio and then rename this folder:
c:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16\
to c:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16_old\
Also...
c:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16\
to c:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16_old\
Finally restart Trados Studio and that normally resets to default.
