Hi, I want to have a fresh new start with Studio 2021 and need to uninstall it and delete absolutely all files. Can someone please help me? Thanks in advance

For a completely clean install... try the following.
1. Uninstall Studio
2. Uninstall MultiTerm
Now manually delete these folders if they are still there (back up your TMs, Termbases, AutoSuggest Dictionaries, Project Templates and Projects first in case you make a mistake):
c:\ProgramData\Package Cache\SDL\SDLTradosStudio2021\
c:\ProgramData\Package Cache\SDL\SDLMultiTermDesktop2021\
c:\Program Files (x86)\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16\
c:\Program Files (x86)\SDL\SDL MultiTerm\MultiTerm16\
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16\
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\SDL\SDL MultiTerm\MultiTerm16\
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16\

I think that's about it for a clean install. Then reinstall.
I would add that normally it should be enough to just reset Trados Studio. To do this just close Trados Studio and then rename this folder:
c:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16\
to c:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16_old\
Finally reinstall.
But your call if you want to really remove absolutely everything or not.
