Hi everyone,

Wanting to take advantage of Language Weaver (I’ve just upgraded my Trados Studio Freelance 2017 to 2021 SR2), I just started the 15-day trial version. After watching some tutorials, I found out that in order to access it from Trados I have to log in with a Language Cloud account.

When I try to log in to RWS Language Cloud in Trados Studio 2021 with my RWS account credentials, I get this message:

Account not found

The user's RWS ID is not linked to any RWS Language Cloud account. Please create an account or contact the Language Cloud account administrator.

When I try to create one I get this message:

An account has already been linked to your organization. We recommend that you contact your account administrator for helping you with the user configuration. Alternatively, contact the support team.

I can log in to my usual RWS account with federica.guizzo@gmail.com, but I don't remember ever signing up for a Language Cloud account. I used BeGlobal in the past, but I don't remember if I ever created an ad hoc account, nor do I have any way to retrieve these credentials. At that time, I think the email address linked to my SDL account was federica-81@libero.it, but I haven't used it in years. Perhaps this could be the problem?

Can someone help me sort this out, please!?
