Any idea how increase QuickPlace and termbase prompt font size?

Question

I have multiple 28" 4K displays and I use font adaptation to increase the font size on main editing screen. Unfortunately any termbase or QuickPlace content appears with the default font size and it is tiny in comparison. I can't see it. 
 
 I don't want to increase scale in Windows system settings as I need the screen "real estate" in various Adobe applications. Is there any setting that affects the font size as circled in pink above? It does not have to be in the Studio's interface. I am happy to edit an xml setting, if there is one.

 I don't know what version of Trados Studio you are using but there no settings, or config files, available to allow this to be controlled manually. I'd like to think that the latest version of Trados Studio is getting better in this regard but we do still a few areas where this needs to be improved. So if you can provide details on the version of Trados Studio you are using it would be very helpful. 
 In the meantime, as a last resort you could try using this app. It can make some changes that might help... and they are reversible if you don't like it:
